New Plan

Hi There,
Thank you all for praying for us for today for the doctors visit. The Lord is so faithful!!
Dr. Lee Rosen laid out the options for us today of what was available for treatment and its just amazing how you know which one to choose!! Fred and I both agreed on the same plan.
The plan we choose is a clinical trial. Which has already been tried in a liquid form and once again in a pill form. They are retrying it with a higher dosage in the pill form. I will be receiving both pill and liquid form by mouth. So no IV. But they will monitor my blood for 4 days after receiving treatment so we will be staying in a hotel which the study provides for those days. So its a 4 week plan and at any time my platelets drop below a certain level they will stop the study and go to a different study.
We feel very hopeful with the "New Plan". It will be a crazy schedule but with no jobs or kids to have to worry about at home it will work out for us.
Ceci is settled in at Life Pacific College in San Dimas. She has lots of homework and is trying to maybe work one day a week at the Borders Cafe. She is pretty busy.
Next week on Thursday we will go to Santa Monica and I have a blood test and an EKG and some other stuff and then start the treatment the next week.
One of the scriptures that the Lord gave me through Roger Smets on Jan 4Th was
Romans 15:4
Such things were written in the scriptures long ago to teach us. And the scriptures give us hope and encouragement as we wait patiently for God's promises to be fulfilled.
This is where we are waiting patiently for God's promise to be fulfilled.
